Our charters are designed for fun, fishing, and enjoyment of the lake with all

its wonders. However, safety is our top priority. All of my previous fishing trips

included younger fisherman, and I knew their safety depended on my decisions as

captain of the boat. Taking risks was something I never did and never plan to do.

 I never second guess the weather or ignore margins of safety. I have a strict no drug /alcohol policy, and tend to err on the side of caution. Depending on the type of charter you hire me for (time, place, and itinerary) you should always bring with you:

*Hat

*Motion sickness meds or treatment

*Appropriate beverages

  Our aim is to offer you a relaxed customized trip that a small family or group can

enjoy, without the pressures that are associated with organizing or pleasing

everyone. Our trips fall under the category of charters, but we prefer to think of

them as more personal family adventures or excursions with friends. We want to

cater to the specific needs of each family and each group, no matter the size or

situation. We want fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, friends, and other family

 to grow and develop the kinds of bonds which we have experienced in our time

fishing. Our goal is to serve you and your group; our need is to meet your needs.

We offer a lot of flexibility on variations on our packages.

For instance a family of four wants to come up and stay in the camper,

but only two want to charter the boat and fish.Two can enjoy the campground

 and surrounding activities and two can go fishing. Want to sight see around the

Daniel R. Winterringer

I grew up sea fishing with my father and uncle in southern Florida , so my love for

fishing and boating started early in life.Later, no matter where I was located,

I always made time for fishing, from going out on charters and head boats in

the Delaware Bay, to surf fishing the Atlantic shore, to boat and shore fishing in the Chesapeake Bay, to wading in the Susquehanna River for small mouth bass.

Since 1993, I've had the opportunity to lead many trips to the Finger Lakes

 and Lake Ontario , thanks to my three boys and our mutual love of fishing.

 Trolling for bigger fish onLakeOntario reminded me of fishing as a child in Florida. 

  Now I tend to focus on that style of fishing.
